N/A Train for the High Rock Challenge 10K - Free! Henry Kaufmann Campground Meet in parking area and run together to upper fields. Please don't block the dumpsters whiny park. Access is needed. Thank you. Get ready for race day with Monkey Bar Gym, the official gym sponsor of the High Rock Challenge. The coaches and trainers have run in many High Rock Challenge races, placing as top finishers. They will get you in great race day shape through strength and agility training outdoors in the beautiful Greenbelt. You will run sections of the trail course to become familiar with trail running and all the fun it provides. Arrive early and be dressed for weather and workout. Bring your own water, and your sense of adventure! Feel free to bring a friend. No RSVP is required. – Saturday, April 22 Enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of this amazing woodland in spring. Throughout this portion of the Greenbelt a gorgeous palate of wildflowers and the colorful fanfare of migrating spring birds will highlight an afternoon of forest bathing.
