Greenbelt Summer Day Camp | Session Two: July 17- July 21
The Greenbelt Summer Day Camp is a nature oriented camp that offers a fun and educational outdoor experience for children ages 8-11 yrs. Through hands-on, experiential learning campers will discover the Greenbelt and the wonder of its unique ecosystem, while creating friendships, building community and developing leadership skills. Each week we will explore a wide variety of STEAM based activities including forest ecology hikes, nature exploration, team building, stewardship projects, science experiments and creative arts.
Our experienced education team and summer staff will provide a safe and welcoming space that encourages learning for all children which campers will remember for years to come!
Session two will take place from July 17 - July 21 from 9:30am-1:30pm Monday-Friday and will take place at the Greenbelt Nature Center located at 700 Rockland Avenue.
The Greenbelt Summer Day Camp is a NYC Department of Health licensed camp.
