A six week series:  Saturday, October 7, 14, 21, 28 and November 4 & 11

Running through the woods can nurture the soul, free the mind and tone the body.

Join us for one or all of these free six clinics/runs designed to help you become more comfortable and adept at trail running. Stride adjustment, trail assessment, gear choices and safety will be discussed.

The group will run the trails at a comfortable pace under the leadership of Anthony Maranzano, an experienced trail runner and marathoner. Anthony has considerable experience running along the Greenbelt trails, and in our seasonal trail races.

This free series is funded by NYC Council Member, Joseph Borelli of the 51st District in Staten Island.
