Join the Greenbelt Conservation Corps for the first project of 2025, building up a landscape bed near the nature center to reduce erosion and accommodate a more diverse and attractive array of plants in the coming seasons.
Additional instructions for participants: Dress appropriately for working outdoors in the weather conditions. Required Gear: Long pants and boots/sturdy shoes. Please bring water and a snack. Tools and PPE will be provided.
Project site is accessible from the Greenbelt Nature Center on moderate and uneven terrain. Participants will be asked to carry tools and materials to and from the worksite. Ages 16+
