Meet at the Martling Ave Bridge (on Martling Ave halfway between Clove Rd and Martling Ave)

Although Clove Lake Park is not part of the Greenbelt, we thought a field trip to this lovely urban oasis with Seth Wollney would be a treat for our north shore friends.  Join Seth. for a birding walk through Staten Island’s premier "migrant trap!"  We will search for late-season migrants such as warblers, flycatcher and thrushes. Participants will learn basic bird identification skills and how to use binoculars on a slow paced walk through the park. Bring field guides and binoculars.
