Sign up for NYC Parks Jr. Litter League

On April 1, 2021, NYC Parks is launching the Jr. Litter League, a new citywide competition and youth service program. Youth teams can sign up to help care for local parks, learn about the importance of the environment, and win fun prizes!

Through the Jr. Litter League, teams of up to 15 students and three adult leaders volunteer to pick up litter in a local park from April 1 – June 1.

Teams will earn rewards throughout the program as specific cleanup goals are reached and can check their standings against other groups across the city. Prizes will be awarded to winning teams at the elementary, middle, and high school levels by borough, and every Jr. Litter Leaguer gets a gift for joining!*

NYC Parks will provide all necessary supplies.*
