City Nature Challenge: Fun with Phenology Hike and iNaturalist Tutorial

Saturday, April 25: It's Arbor Day weekend, and the forest is a bright leafy green!  Learn about plants and trees at various stages of bloom on this short hike, and take photos of the flora you find.  Learn how your photos of plants (and perhaps animals and fungi as well) can be uploaded to iNaturalist app and can help Staten Island in the City Nature Challenge "battle of the boroughs" and contribute to other citizen science projects.  Ages 8+.
